I’m Little Dot or you can just call me Dot
Hi! My name is ‘Little Dot’ but you can call me Dot. I got my name because Christina, one of the people that helps feed us, saw the dot on my right shoulder and said that was my name. The rest of my family are Mini Dot (Lee Van Cat) – he’s the one that has a patch of white by his left eye, Jackie (I’m Catman!) – he’s the one that has a white strip that goes up in almost the middle of his nose and of course, Liz, our Momma! She has a white strip that is closer to her right eye and she looks like she has lipstick on too. I think I’m about 9 weeks old. I don’t really know – I was very young when I was born.
I love kitty treats and I love chasing a toy mousey attached to a string and just about anything else that moves. Oh and I love kitty treats (I wasn’t sure if I said that or not). When Larry, the person that’s been feeding us, comes out to the patio, Mini Dot, Jackie and I run towards him to let him know we’re hungry and would like some treats because we love kitty treats! But I’ll admit I’m still a little shy so sometimes, I’ll hiss at him because Biscuit, my Daddy-cat says I should hiss at strangers. Larry just looks at me and says, “I know… I know. You’re such a cute little kitty” and he puts down some treats for me. Some he tosses to me and others he drops really close to him. I don’t mind coming right up to him to eat the treats. Sometimes, he’ll get down on his hands and knees and put his face on the same level as me and say “Who’s the cute little kitty?” Before I can answer him, he tells me “You are Dot!” He’s very silly, but he also plays with us in the backyard with some toys that we like to chase.
I’m adventurous and love kitty treats (did I say that before?). Mini Dot (Lee Van Cat) and I were the first kitties to go to the backdoor Larry comes from when he feeds us. And he does that twice a day – once around 8am and again around 6:30pm. He’s been feeding us 3 cans of Friskies canned food twice a day – 6 cans of food a day.
I’m Mini Dot or you can just call me Lee Van Cat
But I answer more to Mini Dot
Hi! My name is ‘Mini Dot’ but apparently because I have a mustache, Larry the person that’s been feeding us, just started calling me “Lee Van Cat.” The rest of my family are Dot – she’s the one that has a dot on her left shoulder, Jackie (I’m Catman!) – he’s the one that has a white strip that goes up in almost the middle of his nose and of course, Liz, our Momma! Dot will tell you she loved kitty treats first, but I loved them before she did. I was the first cat to go right up to Larry when he was getting our bowls of food ready for us on the patio. I would meow at him and he would throw me some treats. Sometimes, he’d put it on the ground like right next to him and that’s where I’d get them. I also liked to sleep in one of the chairs at the patio table and then Jackie and Dot started joining me.
I also love chasing a toy mousey attached to a string and just about anything else that moves. Oh and I love kitty treats (I wasn’t sure if I said that or not). Nowadays when Larry, the person that’s been feeding us, comes out to the patio, Dot and I run towards him to let him know we’re hungry and would like some treats because we love kitty treats! Even Jackie’s been joining us in our quest for kitty treats. I didn’t hiss at him too much but Biscuit, my Daddy-cat says I should hiss at strangers. Larry just looks at me and says, “Hi Mini Dot! How are you doing this fine day? You’re such a cute little kitty” and he puts down some treats for Dot, Jackie and me. Some he tosses to us and others he drops really close to him. I don’t mind coming right up to him to eat the treats. When we play in the yard with the mousey, he’s gently grabbed me a couple of times while wearing gloves. Once I was so caught up in playing with the mousey, I didn’t know he did it. Another time, he started to rub my chin with his other hand too.

I’m Jackie!
But some feel I should have a Superhero name like
I’m Catman!
Hi! My name is ‘Jackie’ but apparently because Larry said Larry the person that’s been feeding us said I look like I have a superhero mask on, my name should be “I’m Catman!” The rest of my family are Dot – she’s the one that has a dot on her left shoulder, Mini Dot (Lee Van Cat) – he’s the one that has a patch of white by his left eye and of course, Liz, our Momma! She has a white strip that is closer to her right eye and she looks like she has lipstick on too. I think I’m about 9 weeks old. I don’t really know – I was very young when I was born.
Dot and Mini Dot will tell you they loved kitty treats first, and while that might be true, I was the first kitty to go into the traps to get some treats. No one believed me at first but then Momma found them too and then everyone found them. I love kitty treats and I love chasing a toy mousey attached to a string and just about anything else that moves. Oh and I love kitty treats (I wasn’t sure if I said that or not). When Larry, the person that’s been feeding us, comes out to the patio, Dot and Mini Dot run towards him. I’m a little shy but I’ve started doing that as well. We all want to let him know we’re hungry and would like some treats because we love kitty treats! I didn’t hiss at him or Christina who helps feed us sometimes too. But I love treats Larry tosses treats to me and others he drops really close to him. I don’t mind coming right up to him to eat the treats. On Friday, I climbed up on the patio table to look for some treats. Larry also plays with us in the backyard with some toys that we like to chase.

I’m Momma!
But because it looks like I’m wearing lipstick, some feel I should be named
Liz
(because it sort of sounds like lips)
Hi! My name is ‘Momma’ but apparently because it looks like I’m wearing lipstick, Christina the other person that helps feed us, has been saying my name should be “Liz” (sort of a play on “Lips”). My children are are Dot – she’s the one that has a dot on her left shoulder, Mini Dot (Lee Van Cat) – he’s the one that has a patch of white by his left eye and Jackie (I’m Catman!) – he’s the one that has a white strip that goes up in almost the middle of his nose. I think they’re all about 9 weeks old.
Dot, Mini Dot and Jackie will tell you they loved kitty treats first. I won’t argue about that. But no one ever said how good they could be! I love kitty treats. I’m so busy trying to make sure my kittens are okay that I don’t really think about playing. But Larry, the nice guy who’s been feeding us twice a day, tossed me a toy mousey attached to a string and I’ve played with it a little. I’ll admit I wasn’t sure what he was doing at first, but I’m starting to get used to it. Oh and I love kitty treats (I wasn’t sure if I said that or not).
When Larry comes out to the patio, Dot, Mini Dot and Jackie all run towards him. I don’t but I like to watch what’s going on from the corner of the house. But as time has gone by, I’ve grown to trust Larry so I can relax and take a nap when he’s outside and feeding my babies. I used to hiss at him quite a bit – but now I hardly ever do that. He would do the ‘blink headnod’ and that help calm me down.
I love treats Larry puts in the traps and tosses to me when I’m behind the house about 15’ away. Sometimes, I would come to eat first before my babies just so I could have the kitty treats to myself. But Larry always put out more so everyone could have some. The first few times Larry threw the toy mousey towards me, I hate to admit I wasn’t sure what he was doing, so I hissed at him to ask him to back off. But now I know and I don’t hiss at him anymore and I wait my turn. It’s kind of fun and I like playing. I also haven’t hissed at Christina for some amount of time too.
I’m too busy watching out for my babies to be too adventurous, but I love kitty treats (did I say that before?).
